The name encompasses two offerings: the bodywork and Sophia Circle Journeys™. Wholistic spirit, mind and body.  The spiritual work creates a safe container for the bodywork and the bodywork integrates the spiritual work.  Although you can experience one with out the other.  They both allow your mind to rest.  empowering wellness reclaim yours

Craniosacral  is a modality to help heal. Whether it's stress, illness, injury or simply to pamper yourself, the benefits can be life changing. I would be honored to take that journey with you.

Sound Therapy   I use crystal singing bowls and vocal toning. Individual and group sessions.  

EnergyHealing is known by names such as Reiki, Quantum Touch and others.  My technique gathers from several of these.  It balances your energy centers, clears & recharges your energy field causing you to feel renewed and lighter spirit mind and body. 

Sophia Circle Journeys™ empower you to reclaim your sovereign divinity and embody your Higher Self through self initiations with Divine Feminine Ascended Masters as your mentors. 

Craniosacral  Is a modality using lite touch, holding and gentle movement to assist in the release of adhesions in the soft tissues. Dislodging stuckness in the cranio plates and sacrum. it helps your body come in to natural alignment and soothing the nervous system. Stress and tension, injury and illness can all cause these slight misalignments and adhesions which although slight can make us feel unwell.
